Tune In- 10 minutes of tuning into your five senses. This is a mindful short approach towards checking into your own senses and your own feelings and the way you can address them while maintaining you job, different schedules and in some ways the balance to the current situation. Tune In allows us to check in with ourselves for a minute so we can relax and acknowledge. It is a great way to apply in every situation and with anyone.
