Whether due to Covid or not, anxiety exists and it can take over our body. It takes over our calm thoughts, rested heart and spirals down affecting our nervous system and physical body. Anxiety often occurs if we feel threatened by others or by our own thoughts. We have anxiety if we feel out of control, overconsumed by worries and fears. Anxiety can feel like pressure on your chest, racing thoughts, even feelings of passing out. What is your anxiety about? What is it that you are possibly avoiding or are worried about? Where is it that your anxiety resides? What can you do about it today?
